With its slightly sweet and medium-bodied tropical taste, this versatile spirit is delicious on the rocks and tastes great mixed with pineapple juice.

Coco Ranch Water
120 ml 1800 Coconut
90 ml lime juice
Sparkling water
Garnish: lime or pineapple wedge
Fill a glass with ice and top with ingredients. Garnish with a lime or pineapple wedge.
Coconut Margarita
90 ml 1800 Coconut
180 ml cream of coconut
60 ml triple sec
Juice of one lime
Garnish: pineapple wedge
Add tequila, cream of coconut, triple sec, and lime juice to a shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Coco Colada
120 ml 1800 Coconut
120 ml pineapple juice
120 ml coconut cream
120g diced frozen pineapple
Garnish: pineapple slice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a tall glass of your choice over ice, and serve with a pineapple garnish.
