Cocktail: 1-2 people

Coco Ranch Water

120 ml 1800 Coconut
90 ml lime juice
Sparkling water
Garnish: lime or pineapple wedge

Fill a glass with ice and top with ingredients. Garnish with a lime or pineapple wedge.

Coconut Margarita

90 ml 1800 Coconut
180 ml cream of coconut
60 ml triple sec
Juice of one lime
Garnish: pineapple wedge

Add tequila, cream of coconut, triple sec, and lime juice to a shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Coco Colada

120 ml 1800 Coconut
120 ml pineapple juice
120 ml coconut cream
120g diced frozen pineapple
Garnish: pineapple slice

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a tall glass of your choice over ice, and serve with a pineapple garnish.
