1800 Cristalino is aged in both American and French oak barrels for 16 months, after which the liquid is married together and finished in Port Wine casks for an additional 6 months. It is then meticulously filtered via a unique process that adds smoothness without sacrificing taste. The result is a spirit with all the complexity of an Añejo tequila, and the silky smooth drinkability of a silver. Suitable for enjoying neat, but will also add complexity to cocktails and mixed drinks without changing their hue.

1800 Cristalino Paloma
●60 ml 1800 Cristalino
●30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
●7 ml lime juice
● 15 ml vanilla syrup
● Sparkling water, chapagne or prosecco
●Garnish: dehydrated grapefruit wheel and Madagascar vanilla bean
Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and vanilla syrup to a shaker. Fill with ice, shake well, and strain into a coupe glass over ice. Top with your choice of sparkling water, champagne, or prosecco. Garnish with a Madagascar vanilla bean and dehydrated grapefruit wheel.

●45 ml 1800 Cristalino
●7 ml lime juice
●7 ml lemon juice
●7 ml simple syrup
●30 ml sparkling wine
●Garnish: lemon twist
Add all ingredients apart from wine to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake, and strain into a flute. Top with sparkling wine and add a lemon twist.
1800 Cristalino Cristal Margarita
●50 ml 1800 Cristalino
●10 ml maple syrup
●20 ml lime juice
●A dash of Peychaud’s bitters
●Garnish: orange slice or pink grapefruit zest
Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Shake vigorously and pour into a tumbler over ice. Garnish with orange slice or pink grapefruit zest.
