Château du Breuil Fine Calvados

Critic tasting note: “(40%) The nose is fruity and offers a small power. It reveals notes of cooked yellow apple, mirabelle plum and small notes of butter associated with fine touches almost citrus. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, a good definition, energy, a good guideline, a fine roundness as well as power. On the palate, this Calvados expresses notes of cooked yellow apple, crushed pear and small notes of Tarte Tatin / butter as well as a subtle hint of flowers (in the background) and an imperceptible hint almost pepper.”
