Dark ‘n Stormy
The dark ‘n’ stormy is the national drink of Bermuda. The simple mixture of dark rum and ginger beer makes for a great cocktail in any weather.
●60ml Captain Black Rum
●120ml~150ml ginger beer
●15ml lime
Add lime and ginger beer to a tall glass with ice, until the liquid reaches about 1.5 inches short of the top of the glass. Gently pour the rum over to layer it on top and garnish with a lime wheel or wedge.

Ginger Beer: 2 varieties of ginger blended together to give a more intense ginger flavor with a slight kick at the end. Ginger taste remains until the last sip, even when mixed and served with ice.
