The dark ‘n’ stormy is the national drink of Bermuda. The simple mixture of dark rum and ginger beer makes for a great cocktail in any weather.
●60ml Captain Black Rum
●120ml~150ml ginger beer
●15ml lime
Add lime and ginger beer to a tall glass with ice, until the liquid reaches about 1.5 inches short of the top of the glass. Gently pour the rum over to layer it on top and garnish with a lime wheel or wedge.

Rum: A global icon in the spiced flavored rum category, Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, with its smoothness and medium body, is a secret blend of Caribbean rums and select spices.
Ginger Beer: This falls to personal taste. I think a good ginger beer needs to be spicy—the spicier, the better. There are many big fans of the Earthen Roots Ginger Beer, works perfectly in this cocktail.
