Ingredients
50 ml Pimm’s No. 1
150 ml ginger ale
2 lime wedges
1 sprig mint

Instructions
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour in Pimm’s No. 1 and ginger ale. To garnish, add two wedges of lime and sprig of mint.
