Ping Dynasty

Ping Dynasty Cider Brewing Co. was established in 2017 by cider enthusiasts in Beijing who share the love for cider. Ping Dynasty uses fresh, high-quality Fuji apples picked directly from a specially-chosen orchard in the province of Shandong, China.

Their ciders are made from 100% pure apple juice and champagne yeast, a recipe that originates from Europe several thousand years ago. Today, the light and refreshing taste of cider is popular all over the world.  Cider is often served over ice in a glass, and can also be paired with many food dishes such as pork belly or roast chicken.
