Warner’s Sloe Gin
This wonderfully crimson tipple is Warner’s Sloe Gin. Fabulously fruity, it’s made with handpicked sloe berries from the hedgerows surrounding Falls Farm, where the gin is distilled. The berries are then macerated in Warner’s Harrington Dry Gin. We reckon this would do very nicely splashed in a glass of fizz.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich sloe and cherry with blood oranges give a luscious nose with some sweetness and a slight sour note.
Palate: A wonderfully thick feel, with blackberry jam and a little nutmeg. Cinnamon mixes with the tart sloes and a little sweet orange to give a truly decadent experience.
Finish: The finish is long with dark chocolate, juniper and some sweetness the lingers gently on the palate.

- 25ml Cloudy Apple Juice
- 75ml Cava/Prosecco
Layer Sloe Gin and apple juice into a flute and top with English sparkling wine. Garnish and serve.
*Bickley Bramble

- 50ml Warners Sloe Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- Chambord to drizzle
- Ice cubes
1. Shake the sloe gin and lemon juice with ice cubes.
2. Strain into a crushed ice-filled rocks/tumbler and drizzle Chambord on the top.
3. Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.
NB: Crushed ice is preferred for this cocktail because it gently dilutes the drink as you sip it. If you can’t find any in your local shop, try popping some ice cubes in a bag, wrap with a tea towel and hit with a trusty rolling pin!
