Trascendente Mezcal Artesanal Joven Espadín
The predominant aroma is citrusy, reminiscent of orange leaves, mandarin, herbal notes such as cedarleaves and lemon tea. Mezcal, which denotes the characteristic flavours of Maguey Espadín.
In the mouth, minerality is present, its persistence is prolonged and its subtle smokiness makes it very pleasant. It is a fresh, balanced mezcal with a delicious acidity and organoleptic qualities that make it ideal as an aperitif.
The production method is 100 % artisanal. Mezcal category – young, white. The alcohol content is 40 %. The agave is brewed in a volcanic stone oven with sweet wood. The mezcal has undergone double distillation in copper pot stills. Fermentation is wild. Made in Oaxaca, Mexico.
