Berkshire Botanical Dandelion & Burdock Gin
Copper pot distilled and then gently infused with Dandelion & Burdock. The inspiration comes from the flora and the fauna on the Yattendon Estate. Hints of vanilla, liquorice and honey with a little citrus and ginger spice. Ideally serve Berkshire Botanical Dandelion & Burdock with lemonade.
★Dandelion and Burdock Lemonade
Ingredients:
50ml Berkshire Botanical Dandelion and Burdock Gin
150ml Premium Lemonade (we would recommend Fever Tree)
Lemon Slice
Method: Add the Dandelion and Burdock Gin and Lemonade to a glass filled with cubed ice. Stir gently then top with the slice of lemon.
★Dandelion and Burdock Fizz
Ingredients
50ml Berkshire Botanical Dandelion and Burdock Gin
150ml Sparkling Apple Juice (we would recommend Appletiser)
Orange Slice
Method: Add the Dandelion and Burdock Gin and sparkling apple juice to a glass filled with cubed ice. Stir gently then top with the slice of orange.
