Deep garnet with young highlights. Pleasant nose combining blackcurrant, blackberry, violet and fine spices. The palate reveals beautiful freshness, focused fruit, soft tannins and wonderful generosity. Balanced and free-flowing.
Food and Wine Pairing
Almost anything based on beef is a winner for this bottle. Steak, ribs, roasted or stirfry. Very rich mutton would also work well as long as it is served with a rich sauce. Hard cheeses with stronger flavours are also a good pairing for this wine.
