Flying King is a tropically-aged three-year-old rum from TransCaribbean Rum Line, created to combine the smooth roundness of the Dominican Republic and the high-ester funk of Jamaica with mixology in mind. Versatile and expressive, it offers aromas of gingerbread, overripe bananas, barbecued pineapple and raisins that fill the nose, complemented by notes of dried mango, liquorice, cinnamon, banana fritters and dried fruit throughout the palate.
