At the heart of Kavalan’s inaugural gin is a rare malt spirit, made from Taiwan’s purest water source. Triple-distilled and double charcoal-filtered for a luxuriously mellow mouth-feel, this Taiwanese gin is an elegant expression of the subtropical land of Yilan and nature’s bounty. Eight specially selected botanical extracts, including tangy kumquat, luscious starfruit, and sweet red flesh guava, give this exceptionally fine gin its delicious aromatic complexity.

Flavour: Refreshing and elegant. Delicate aromas of juniper berries, soft anise seed, and scents of coriander.
Palate: Rich with a long and full body. The thick creaminess of this gin envelops the tongue, releasing a rich and distinctive sweetness from the red flesh guava, starfruit, and zesty kumquat – varieties native to Taiwan. Perfectly balanced by a burst of refreshi.
