The heritage of OPIHR Spices of the Orient Gin is firmly rooted in the ancient Spice Route. Traditionally merchants would travel thousands of miles along the route, trading exotic spices and botanicals from distant lands. OPIHR Spices of the Orient Gin is crafted with a selection of exotic hand-picked botanicals, carefully chosen by OPIHR’s Master Distiller, including spicy Cubeb berries from Indonesia, Black Pepper from India and Coriander from Morocco.

- 50ml Opihr Spices of the Orient Gin
- 15ml Lime juice
- 100ml Ginger Ale
- Dash Angostura Bitters
- Fresh mint
- Lime wedge
Method
- Fill glass with ice
- Pour Opihr gin, lime juice and ginger beer
- Add dash of angostura bitters
- Stir well and garnish with fresh mint and lime wedge

- 50ml Opihr Spices of the Orient Gin
- 25ml Pineapple syrup
- 15ml Lime juice
- Sprig of mint leaves
- Sprig coriander leaves
- 50ml Soda water
Method
- Build Opihr gin, pineapple syrup, lime juice, mint & coriander leaves in a glass over crushed ice and mix well.
- Top with soda water and stir again.
- Garnish with mint and coriander sprigs.

Method
- Fill large glass with ice
- Add Opihr gin, sparkling wine, rosemary syrup
