Warner’s Rhubarb Gin
This is a true rhubarb gin, as one third of the bottle is actually freshly pressed rhubarb juice! This expression was inspired by a crop of rhubarb originally grown in Queen Victoria’s own kitchen garden. Try serving with ginger ale garnished with fresh orange for a summery treat.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh, tangy rhubarb explodes on the nose with a pinch of black pepper.
Palate: The palate gives complex and mouth-watering rhubarb with cardamom and sweet orange.
Finish: Rhubarb returns with cinnamon for a long, sweet finish

Colourful characters, this cocktail is for you! Made with Warner’s rhubarb gin, distilled with real rhubarb and crammed with countryside flavour. Topped with cloudy apple juice, soda and Prosecco. Who says you shouldn’t mix your drinks? Real gin has the countryside in.
Ingredients
1) 50ml Rhubarb Gin
2) 35ml Cloudy Apple Juice
3) 35ml Soda Water
4) 35ml Prosecco
Fill a copa glass with fresh cubed ice and add all ingredients. Give a quick stir and garnish.
*Rhubarb Fizz
Ingredients
- 35ml Warner’s Rhubarb Gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 7.5ml sugar syrup
- Prosecco
1. Add all the ingredients (except prosecco) to an ice filled shaker and shake well (approximately 10 seconds).
2. Double strain into your flute.
3. Top up the Sparkling Wine.
4. Garnish with a a rhubarb stick.
