Warner’s Lemon Balm gin is made using hand-picked botanicals from the gardens on Falls Farm, which are distilled fresh within an hour.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh herbaceous lemon balm and juniper explode on the nose.
Palate: Lemon verbena brings zingy lemon sherbet to the palate. Lemon thyme offers a gentle tingling on the tongue with honeyed figs.
Finish: The finish is smooth and lasting with pink pepper, citrus and soft lavender.

*Basil Smash
A modern classic created in Hamburg by bartender Jorg Meyer -it’s basically a gin sour with basil. Delicious fresh herbaceous notes all the way through this cocktail, complimented perfectly by the Lemon Balm Gin.

Ingredients
- 50ml Lemon Balm Gin
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- Handful of basil
Method
- Muddle the basil in the bottom of the shaker then add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Shake well (approximately 10 seconds) and double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of basil

Ingredients
- 50ml Warner’s Lemon Balm Gin
- 35ml Chilled Peppermint Tea
- 100ml Tonic Water
Method
- Make Peppermint Tea
- 1 Tea Bag
- 400ml boiling water
- Leave to steep for 2 minutes
- Remove the tea bag and leave it to cool
- Fill a highball with fresh cubed ice
- Pour the brewed mint tea into the highball, pour the other ingredients into and give a stir to mix.
