Aperol Spritz is to summer as Rudolf is to Santa – you just can’t have one without the other. So with the warmer weather (finally) coming back to China, Aperol Spritz is just what we all need.
There’s no point in doing this by the glass, as we all know one glass is never enough. So here at Liquor Town, we are doing it BY THE CASE.
5 bottles of our best selling Italian bubbles, with 1 bottle of Aperol and you’ve got yourself a summer party. Just add some music and upgrade your social circle to cooler people that you can invite over to share with you.
Ingredients
- 9cl Val D’Oca
- 6cl Aperol
- 3cl soda water
- old-fashioned glass filled with ice
- Garnish: orange wheel
Steps to Make It
- Build into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice
- Pour in the Val D’Oca, then Aperol.
- Top off with a splash of soda.
- Garnish with half orange slice
Serve and enjoy!
